Yes, exactly, @Amy_Bunch! God matters more than people. And our relationship with Him is so much more important than any of our Earthly relationships.
Of course, this doesn't mean we should be hermits. God can work through our Earthly relationships, but when we sense that we lose touch with God because of a relationship, then we must take action.
Repentance with God is of utmost importance. God bless you always, and may you always remember how much He loves you! -
Even though it hurts when people are unforgiving this is not unusual, it is dificult for people to act like God, so pray rather for them that God will soften their hearts that they may find peace and forgiveness because they hurt themselves more than they think. Just know that they have no power to judge you so do not worry yourself just keep focussed on God and hold on to the peace that in found in Christ and maybe they will see this in you and will turn to Him too.
