The guidelines here in this area will be pretty simple. While X3Church is a Christian based ministry, we will not "impose" our beliefs on you in this forum nor ask you to adopt or adapt to them here. The founder of X3Church desires to extend the same grace to those who want to fellowship here as was/is extended to this ministry when we attend porn conventions throughout the world to spread the love and the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are given freedom to speak our beliefs. We will offer you the same freedom in this forum, respecting that there will be those who come here that do not share our Christian values/beliefs. However; all members are expected to adhere to the following guidelines.
Please refrain from flaming, personal abuse, or cruel attacks, as well as posting insults that are racial, ethnic, gender-based, refer to political or religious affiliation in a derogatory way, or any other personal discriminations.
Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, foul language, etc. will not be tolerated. There are word filters enabled to block profanity and vulgar terms. So that the content on the boards is appropriate for everyone, please do not circumvent the word filters. Please do not quote inappropriate content posted by another user, as this may result in the deletion of your post as well as theirs. A general expectation of decency applies to content posted in public forums as well as through use of our private messaging (PM) feature.
Posting
When posting a new topic or responding to a current one, some things to keep in mind:
Choose which forum is most appropriate for your topic and post it once. Topics posted in the wrong forum or in multiple forums will be moved or deleted.
Before posting a new topic, look at recent topics, or use the "Search" function at the bottom of the index to see if there is already a topic discussing what you are interested in.
Responses to a particular thread should pertain to the discussion. Users should use the “Start New Discussion” button to start a new discussion which would otherwise be off topic in the current thread. Discussions of this sort may be moved or “split” to facilitate a good flow in the conversation. (While certain well-placed “off topic” posts may help relieve the tension building in an intense discussion, deliberate or extensive “thread-jacking” will be deleted at the author’s or participating user’s request.)
Please provide an appropriate, descriptive title when posting a new topic. Providing a good title will usually get you more feedback. A moderator may change an unspecific title to make topics more user-friendly.
If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, appears to be spam, or is otherwise a violation of the guidelines, please contact a moderator via PM to alert them of it. A member of the moderating staff will do what is required upon contact. (i.e. Please do not bandwagon on a spam posting with comments. The more you respond, the harder it is to delete them along with the offender’s.)
Spam
Spamming is not permitted. Commercial content as an attempt to solicit customers through a forum post will be edited or deleted. Limited promotion or advertising from a regular member of the community (of more than 3 months and having more than 50 posts) may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, and shall be left to the discretion of the moderating staff. Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may not be linked in any shape or form.
Moderating staff
Some of our moderating staff are regular, active members of the X3Church forums who volunteer their time to keep this a nice community. They will assist with user issues, and the general business of keeping the forums running smoothly. They have the ability to edit/delete posts, to move, close and/or delete topics. The purpose of moderating is not to censor legitimate discussion or to change the meaning of any post, but to preserve the spirit of an open, interactive discussion without offending participants. Your content will not be edited unless it does not conform to the guidelines. If you disagree with a decision made, or if you have an issue concerning the message board services, policies, or moderating staff, please contact a moderator or forum administrator using a personal contact method such as a private message. We take serious complaints to heart and will do our best to address them. If you have a suggestion for how we can make the boards better, send us a private message. We’d love to hear your ideas!
